With an artisanal distillery right on site, you might think a tasting of the distillery’s products will be all we’ll have on the menu. But actually, with so many fresh herbs, nuts, orchard fruits, wild fruits, and organically grown fresh produce available to enjoy here on the farm (not just in a bottle), we’d be remiss if we didn’t give our visitors a chance to sample them too!
In addition to providing the fresh ingredients for the distillery’s charcuterie board lunches, we plan to open the farm’s kitchens up to the public and serve farm-fresh meals right here on the screened porch. We’re also planning to provide gourmet picnic lunches for our visitors if they want to enjoy their meal surrounded by beautiful scenery at one of the farm’s private picnic spots.
We’ll post more information on the dining options available as we complete renovations and prepare the farm for hungry visitors. In the meantime, you can get a taste of the farm at the events below or try a few of the recipes we’ve posted in our blog.
